退貨及換貨政策

  • 網上訂單 (一般產品)


  • 1. 所有網上訂單不設退款。

  • 2. 如對購買的貨品不滿意,可享有「7天内產品質量保證退換服務」請於收貨起7天內電郵至 cs@dailystorehk.com向日常士多申請更換貨品。請在電郵內列明訂單編號、詳細更換貨品要求及聯絡電話號碼。日常士多倉庫部團隊將會聯絡你以辦理更換手續。

3. 在更換新的貨品前,你將需要退回未經使用、包裝原好的貨品,連同包裏內的Delivery Note (送貨單) 給我們,所有換貨所涉及的運費將由顧客支付。

4. 此退貨及更換安排,不適用於已拆封包裝、已使用貨品、損毀貨品、圴一價貨品、個人衛生用品、貼身用品、代購、預訂及訂製商品。
  • 5.如您的訂單內包含贈品,而訂單於退貨後未符合禮品贈送之消費要求,退貨時務必把贈品一併寄回。如您未將贈品退回,退款時我們將會扣除該贈品的零售價值。贈品及換購品不設退換
    所有退貨產品和配件、包裝及吊牌都必須保持完好。如產品有任何損壞,將不能進行退款
  • 6. 除非得到日常士多倉庫部團隊指示,否則顧客請勿自行攜帶網上購買的貨品到日常士多實體店要求退換。
  • 7. 退貨手續費(所有退貨申請我們將一律收取HK$60作為退貨手續費,並從您的訂單退款總額中扣除)。

  • 如您的訂單需要辦理退貨,
  • 您可以選擇在日常士多網上商店的聯絡我們,或
    以Whatsapp電話:(852) 6742 0089 / (852)4423 9426聯絡我們客戶服務部/總公司申請退貨及查詢。
  • 請按以下步驟進行退貨:
    1. 聯絡我們提出退貨申請,並說明想退回之商品及原因。
    2. 當我們接納您的退貨申請後,您會收到「退貨申請確認電郵」,電郵上會列明您要求退貨的商品及退款金額。
    3. 請用乾淨完整的袋子或盒子妥善包裹您的商品,並務必列印「退貨申請確認電郵」及貼在退貨件上一併以順豐速運寄回,否則我們將無法為你辦理退貨。
    4. 當商品退回到倉庫/門市後,我們會立即進行驗貨,如確認商品符合退貨標準(只限品質問題商品),將會於個20個工作天內將款項退回至您相關付款戶口內(註:如閣下的訂單已選用八達通付款,有關之退款我們將以電子錢包形式退回閣下帳戶內)。


    不能退貨的原因
  • 如出現以下情況,則我們無法協助辦理退貨:
  • 不符合「7天内產品質量保證退換服務」標準
    • 人為損壞或運送過程中損壞
    • 產品使用場合不當,包括但不僅限於接觸特別潮濕物、化學藥品、汽油、油漆,洗滌劑,溶劑,烹飪油,過度加熱等
    • 由於外部堅硬物擦傷或內部磨損等原因造成產品脫線、裂開
    • 產品超過其使用壽命,而造成破損
    • 已使用貨品、損毀貨品、圴一價貨品、個人衛生用品、貼身用品、代購、預訂及訂製商品。

    • 由於衣物洗滌不當造成產品受損
    • 由於展示原因造成產品褪色
    • 非本日常士多網店出售商品

  • 如訂購貨品因缺貨或過了產品保質期及其他不可抗力原因導致無法提供,我們將提供退款安排,客人可根據意願,選擇以下方式退款。
    所有退款手續需時14-30個工作天內處理及完成
  • 1. 銀行轉帳: 請提供戶口持有人姓名, 銀行帳號和名稱。
  • 2.轉數快: 請提供轉數快電話號碼或快速支付系統識別碼。為免入錯戶口, 請同時提供戶口持有人姓名以供退款員工作核對用途。
  • 3. Payme: 請提供收款的電話號碼或Payme收款QR Code。
  • 4. 選擇退到電子錢包內以供下次購物時使用。

  • 除無法提供貨品外,本公司一律不接受付款後取消訂單並無理由退款安排(包括預訂貨品延期到達)。
    因此付款前請先考慮是否可承搶有關風險, 不便之處, 敬請見諒!

  •  Return and exchange policy
  • Online order (general products)
  • 1. There is no refund for all online orders.
  • 2. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can enjoy the "product quality guarantee return and exchange service within 7 days". Please email cs@dailystorehk.com within 7 days from the time of receipt to apply for a replacement of the goods. Please list the order number, detailed replacement requirements and contact phone number in the email. The daily warehouse department team will contact you to go through the replacement procedures.
  • 3. Before replacing new goods, you will need to return the unused and packaged goods, together with the Delivery Note in the package to us, and all the freight involved in the replacement will be paid by the customer.
  • 4. This return and replacement arrangement does not apply to unpacked packaging, used goods, damaged goods, one-price goods, personal hygiene products, personal items, purchasing, booking and custom-made goods.
  • 5.If your order contains a gift, and the order does not meet the consumption requirements of the gift after the return, you must send the gift back together when returning the goods. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the gift when refunding. There is no return or exchange for gifts and exchange items.All returned products and accessories, packaging and tags must be kept intact. If there is any damage to the product, there will be no refund.
  • 6. Unless instructed by the daily stock warehouse department team, customers should not bring their own goods purchased online to the daily taxi physical store for return and exchange.
  • 7. Return handling fee (we will charge HK$50 as the return handling fee for all return applications and deduct it from the total refund amount of your order).

  • 1. No refund will be given when the goods go out.
  • 2. Please check the purchased products before leaving the store. 
  • 3. If it is a quality problem, you can enjoy the "product quality guarantee return and exchange service within 7 days". Please keep the original packaging and original invoice, and bring it back to our store within 7 days from the purchase date to replace the product.

  • Please follow the following steps to return the goods:
  • 1. Contact us to submit a return request and explain the goods you want to return and the reason.
  • 2. When we accept your return application, you will receive the "Return Application Confirmation Email", which will list the goods you requested to return and the amount of the refund.
  • 3. Please properly wrap your goods in a clean and complete bag or box, and be sure to print the "Return Application Confirmation Email" and paste it on the return and send it back by SF Express, otherwise we will not be able to process the return for you.
  • 4. When the goods are returned to the warehouse/store, we will inspect the goods immediately. If it is confirmed that the goods meet the return criteria, the money will be returned to your relevant payment account within 20 working days (Note: If your order has been paid by Octopus, we will return the refund to your account in the form of an electronic wallet. ).

  • Reasons for not being able to return goods
  • We are unable to assist in the return of the goods in the following situations:
  • Does not meet the "product quality assurance return and exchange service within 7 days" standard
    • Man-made damage or damage during transportation
    • Improper use of products, including but not limited to exposure to special moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paints, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, excessive heating, etc.
    • The product is disconnected and cracked due to external hard object abrasions or internal wear and other reasons.
    • The product exceeds its service life, causing damage.
    • Used goods, damaged goods, one-price goods, personal hygiene products, personal goods, purchasing on behalf of others, booking and custom-made goods.

  • [Refund Arrangement]
  •  If the ordered goods cannot be provided due to out of stock or beyond the shelf life of the product and other force majeure reasons, we will provide refund arrangements, and guests can choose the following refund methods according to their wishes. All refund procedures need to be processed and completed within 14-30 working days.
  • 1. Bank transfer: Please provide the name, bank account number and name of the account holder.
  • 2. Fast conversion: Please provide the fast conversion phone number or the identification code of the fast payment system. In order to avoid entering the wrong account, please also provide the name of the account holder for the purpose of the refunder's work verific
